I did not receive my order yet, but the online chat customer service is pretty good. The representative is very patience to answer all my questions about delivery and damage and assure me that if anything happens, they have a special team to handle all cases relating to it, so make me feel more comfortable ordering from their site. Also the site is very user friendly that allows me to browse all info I need without any problem and it's pretty straight forward, especially like the join the membership part that is design as part of check out so I don't have to register first and then go back to order again.
