What went well
What went well: Customer service (chat) was helpful and responsive. I felt I got a fair price for the product. The membership was intirguing, but probably not something I'll use again.
Not so much: I found the pricing structure confusing, as well as the details around returns. I would have felt better if Rove had acknowledged the relationship with their delivery company. There seemed to be a disconnect there, and I noticed a several complaints about delivery which almost made me not want to purchase.
