Found the furniture pieces I wanted at a reasonable price, so overall I'm happy. Some areas for improvement I noticed were that the link to track my delivery never worked, so it felt kind of like a mystery until I got a text from a local carrier saying they'd deliver the next day. They were super nice and did a great job delivering, but yeah - an improvement to the tracking & scheduling would have been a nice touch, esp for the $300 delivery fee. The other thing I'll say is that joining the Rove Concepts membership to get promotional pricing was a bit confusing. I still am not sure I fully understand the benefits, but it seemed like I had to join in order to use the Memorial Day Weekend sale, which now just seems like the standard 20% off the next purchase that all members get, which I dunno if I'll really use. But overall - the price was still worth it and the furniture pieces are great. The womb chair is HEAVY and comfortable (and almost didn't fit through some doorways, but all is well!) And the dining chairs match perfectly with the table I got elsewhere and look great.
