Really impressed with the purchase experience so far. The website was clear and easy to understand. The FAQ section answered all of my questions about the membership program and delivery of my new furniture. I received a few emails after my purchase explaining step-by-step what would happen next. I feel really great so far - excited to receive my new bed! The only feedback I have is that I might have been interested in white glove service, paying the delivery team to assemble the bed. I'm not sure if it's included in the shipping fee.
