I ordered a sofa before our move to a condo in Toronto. After a long wait,it arrived, only to find it would not fit in the elevator. Ended up having to be returned, but during the whole process, both rove concepts and second closet people were cheerful and courteous, never made me feel bad, & went out of their way to try to accommodate us. I am very impressed with both companies.
