When I last placed an order, I was promised a $25 credit toward my next one. When I contacted support via chat to secure the credit, the representative (Mitchell) did not honour the offer. He said it was not recorded by the previous rep, so I ended up placing another order without the credit that was promised. Not great customer service on a couple of fronts.
