The products look great! But I wish the shipping info and customer support response time could be improved. In FAQ, it says white glove shipping is available. But when I was checking out, this was not available to select as an option and it is a factor that would determine whether or not I should by the product. So I reached out to customer service, but only got a response that I would hear back within 48 business hours. Based on the website, I do believe their regular business hours is 7 hours a day. So that's nearly 7 days!!
