Love the furniture, it’s stunning! But there was an issue with delivery communication and we were not notified of delivery until 5 min before it’s arrival. Considering cost of shipping.. this was a bummer!

This created quite an issue for us (I’d also communicated with customer service beforehand to try to track the furniture as i had heard nothing) and when I raised the issue with customer service after delivery, they chalked it up to shipping delays. For big orders it’s imperative that you have a ballpark on delivery day. We weren’t home when it was delivered!
