I ordered the Aubrey Armchairs and they came in damaged by the shipping company (Pilot Deliveries). It looked like the box was driven into by a fork lift so no surprise when I opened the box and the legs of the chairs had cracks in them. I took pictures and submitted a claim and Rove sent out a pair of replacement chairs. They used another shipping company the second time that handled them much better and their site was easier to use for updates/scheduling delivery (CEVA logistics). The chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. No cracks in the legs. The leather looks like good quality and is soft. Highly recommend these chairs to complete your table look.
