Both the Rove website & app are very easy to navigate. I was in the LA showroom and the furniture all looks great. I can't wait to receive it. The shipping policy is annoying though, and once things are in the warehouse, it takes another 3 weeks to get it scheduled for shipping! I've been waiting months for furniture. Don't believe the "shipping dates" on the site. The "extra 10 business days due to safety precautions" excuse doesn't fly anymore. Hire more staff. That is the actual reason for delays, not because employees need to wear masks.
