not the greatest experience

The checkout process was a bit frustrating as the website was malfunctioning and not letting me change the field to Canada from US, so i had to have an agent call me to check out.
I had also used the concierge service to ask what colour the couch was in a few pictures i found on Rove face book page and was told 3 different colours by 3 different agents. you should post the colours in the pic, mine is a custom colour so its important that I choose the right swatch and its frustrating that this information is so difficult to get. Its your face book about, i was told artic grey, porpoise and malmo by 3 differnt people. Very annoying.
