Love the product, customer service via phone was very helpful, love that the email address you send from can be replied to, the videos are helpful to get an idea of the size of the products. I had some issues scrolling down on the page to view dimensions at times. It would allow me to scroll for the left side of the page, but not the right. Also, the search filters aren't accurate. I found certain products by a google search, that I wasn't finding when I searched the same term on your site. So I'd have to go to shop and then the section to bring up all the products. It would also be nice if there was a way to filter by material or color. For example, I'd like to know all sofas in velvet or boucle. Viewing the colors/materials is also a bit challenging. Maybe sort them by material type. And sometimes when you click on the material/color it doesn't change the image in the photos.
