The furniture we received is nice but we had a really hard time getting it delivered. So we were excited to know that we could get delivery of the furniture within 2 weeks, but when we got notified that the product was shipped and it did not arrive within the shipping date, we called! After many inquires we found out that it was not shipped and Rove will get with the shipping company ASAP. Now we have a tracking number and the product was shipped. As we tried to track the order online it never updated. We called and found out that the shipping company cannot find the order and Rove took 6 days to confirm and set out another order. All in it took 10 Plus weeks.
