Regarding my purchase experience, the online experience was very unpleasant because the website was not working properly. I went through all the process of selecting the items, providing shipping and billing information at least 7 times before the website would work and process my purchase. Also, I couldn't find a way to include the white glove delivery to my purchase. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.
