I enjoyed the viewing experience of looking at the products online. I appreciate how high quality the products looks and am excited to see them in person.

As for improvement, I had read reviews and noted multiple negative reviews. I had tried to start a discussion thread as I found the price to be high and given the negative reviews was afraid to purchase. I had asked on the online chat if there was room to lower the price or if there was upcoming sale as the price of the bedroom set I was looking at was over $5000. Whoever I chat with was quick to say no and did not seem open to chat about products or details.

Also the website was sluggish when using. I checked and it’s wasn’t my wifi. All in all I’m looking forward to getting the bedroom set.
