We had a very easy process while purchasing our sectional as your chat team were amazing as we spoke to three different people thru the process. The white glove service was not an option on our screen so that was a bit frustrating. We did contact one of your chat people after the purchase who said someone would call us that evening and they did but on the wrong number so we missed the call. Trying to get a hold of someone today on the phone was Extremely frustrating as I was on hold for over an hour and a half till a recording finally ended the call! If someone can’t take the call then it should end it sooner rather than later. It said to press 2 if I wanted a call back but that didn’t work either. Finally I went on your chat line and a wonderful girl Anabelle charged our card for the white glove service and sent me an email to confirm in a 5 minutes chat …. Now that was amazing service at the end! We have purchased other furniture from Rove and we love every piece we have and hope we love our sectional as well! The website is easy to use and the chat line is the best to help in the process of purchasing something!
