I'm completely obsessed with the couch a bit on the higher end of what I wanted to spend but after months of coming back and admiring the pictures and colors I finally decided that it was the one. 4 stars just because the actual page to purchase was giving me a bit of a hard time otherwise the process was simple. The insurance is great and gives me peace of mind having 3 pets and a messy husband!
