Received our couch but sadly it is super firm and not at all what I expected after they said cloud like pillows. Very disappointed and have asked for exact dimensions on fill to see if there is any give in time. But they didn’t respond. Buyers remorse. Also sadly the Alesund colour and texture does show dirt and hair easily and harder to wipe down. I wish I picked the plush velvet, but it does look very prestigious. Definitely ask lots of questions and see in person
