We were interested in a few of the sectionals available. We were pleased to see that Rove ships fabric samples to customer free of charge and were happy to take advantage of this. We were pleased with the sectionals but reluctant to order due to not being able to see it in person prior as we live in Canada, with no showroom available. We were directed to Rove's host program where we got to video call with people who have purchased a sectional and get their feedback. This was helpful as we could see it staged and see the quality of the finishes. After the program Stephanie followed up to see if we had any questions. I asked questions but was not clear on the replies. Stephanie directed me to a call a line to process my order when the line called me they asked me to purchase online. I felt this process was strange. We did order and are very nervous because ordering online we cannot guarantee the comfort. While it is a modern couch I worry about the comfort especially given Rove's return policy.
