The experience was pretty good by the lice chat was not operational
Until after I placed my order. I could have used some help - the clock from the cart to check out was not working until I went to “contact us” page, didn’t find live chat, tried to call and was told the the phone lines are closed,then clicked from there to the checkout and it eventually worked.
