I ordered 6 chairs from Rove. Two chairs arrived and they are beautiful and well made. The other 4 were lost in transit (not Rove’s fault). They sent out 4 new chairs but only 3 arrived of which 1 was damaged. (It appeared like another customer’s return.). Another 2 chairs are on the way. Overall, great products and friendly customer service but products take too long to ship especially given that some of them are to resolve previous issues.
