I was disappointed in the lack of availability of sales persons that were available to the phone lines. For two days I waited to discuss my intention to purchase a Winston table and prior to placing the order, I wanted to speak with someone. I actually waited in a phone queue for about 30-40 minutes each time and then it timed out on me. I had intended to take advantage of the 24 hr. promo of a 20% voucher but with time factor it didn't happen. Initially I was trying to speak with someone to see if you had a showroom in Vancouver.On a positive note, we were very pleased with our purchase and are excited to actually see the product.
