Shipping was a nightmare, there was clearly no communication between Rove and their shipping company, which caused 27 business day delivery which was extremely disappointing. The delivery company thought it should be 4 boxes, Rove said 2 boxes, so they sat with the shipping company for 15 days for no reason.

Thankfully, Vinay from customer service helped me along the way and did his best to update me with anything he learned, he is the only reason this review is as high as it is.

The Sophia Sectional is adequate. The quality seems good, it is a little on the firm side but I expect it will soften up soon.
