Overall the experience was great. Some things could be improved:
- buttons and links on the site didn't always work (even after trying on multiple devices)
- swatch previews didn't work
- originally I saw that white-glove delivery was available; however, after checking out a few days later the option was completely gone
- would be really nice to have Affirm as a payment method
