Not a great ordering experience. Confusing interface led to ordering the wrong quantity, link to contact from the confirmation page sent me to a defunct address. These issues really scared me because I had never ordered from this business before and was a little unsure about spending that much money on an online order from an unfamiliar company. It was a little difficult to get ahold of someone to help fix the order, but once I did they were very helpful and resolved the earlier issues. Excited to get the product and would love to see them invest a bit in their UI, especially for mobile experience. At the very least, I hope they update their links for contact information.

For anyone else wanting to order, I would recommend using a desktop over using the website on mobile, and using the chat instead of calling if there are issues.
