So far, so good! Note that I have not received my order yet, but the website ordering process, including customer chat, were extremely easy and responsive. Product detail pages are clear, expectation setting regarding delivery service exclusions and timing is clear, and staff very professional. I will update this once I receive my tulip table in mid-October :)
