I just ordered 2 Aubrey barstools and can’t wait to receive them. I was very apprehensive about ordering barstools online without seeing the item in person. I took advantage of having swatches shipped to me, as well as the Rove Host program. Connecting with my Rove host was super easy and enormously helpful. Via FaceTime, I was able to show her my space and she showed me every detail of her Aubrey chairs. Pushing on the fabric, turning the chair over to describe the feet, discussing how the seat surface cleaned up, etc. Hearing about the experience of a real Rove customer put me at ease. What a great program!
