Problem placing order

I was having issues adding product on my B2B Rove site. I had a Concierge quotation sent out a few days prior, but upon reviewing everything prior to ordering, realized that there were errors on the pricing that did not match my B2B pricing.
Kiko was amazing and patient. He had never encountered this issue before and was able to work things out properly. He also took the time to review the pricing numerous times as the numbers kept changing. we even had issues with the shipping pricing and he was able to review and fix those as well. The glitch continued with me not being able to process the order from the Concierge quote. Kiko followed thru again and was able to take my payment and get my order rolling. he was extremely helpful and also reported all of the issues to his supervisor regarding all of the issues and the B2B site, so that hopefully, nobody else has a similar issue.
