Shipping charges
I purchased the tv stand online so I didn’t receive any customer service experience other than the concierge that is online, who clarified the shipping and duration from when submitting the order to receiving the product.
I wish the delivery ( which is very expensive) included all the items I wanted to buy. The concierge told me that I needed to pay shipping for every item, depending on the cost of the product. She sent me the shipping table cost for me to be clear. I would’ve bought the Asher bed as well but It seems unreasonable to me paying another shipping on top of the shipping of the tv stand. Both items come from the same warehouse in USA and both would’ve come to the same place in North Vancouver and yet I had to pay shipping for both the tv stand and the bed. Sorry it is too much money to spend on shipping charges.
