Overall was easy to use however I wanted to chat before placing my order and I had an issue with my credit card even though it states you accept AMEX. THe hours are 10am PST which is 1pm in the east coast is less than ideal. Additionally when scrolling down to review the iris the website would have text scroll over images and it wasnt the easiest to see.
