We have concerns and questions about our order but can’t get through to anyone at Rove through calls, chat or email. Not a good experience.
1. I’m not sure we received the right color set-see attached. Please confirm that this is Encino because this is much lighter than expected.

2. Concerned about our ‘white glove’ service that we paid for and perhaps did not receive. Should we have signed for something and the sofa was not put together as we wanted before they left. Is this appropriate?

3. Most importantly, apparently the correct screws and washers were not included so they be if the side arms is not affixed. Can you overnight them to us with the instructions OR have someone come to fix this ASAP?
