Very good experience so far - I was asked to write this review 'while I'm waiting on my order' so it is not a review of the actual order items. The website and selections are nice, the ability to easily reach a representative for chat is good and becoming a member was easy and straightforward. I had one small issue with the website sometimes not scrolling correctly when on a product page - the description section would stay put and other stuff around it would scroll so there would be words and pictures over that section and I couldn't select a color, etc. This was using Chrome for Mac. I also wish you had more pictures of the items in a real-life setting as this helps me visualize what it really looks like/actual size.
