This is a review of my ordering experience not the products themselves, which I haven't received yet.

I had never been to the Rove website before this experience and wasn't aware of the membership program.

First, the site advertised a Labor Day sale, in which members save 20% off site wide. But the 20% off is available to members "All day, everyday." So it's not a Labor Day sale. This was misleading. Why characterize the discount as a holiday sale?

Second, the check out experience was confusing and the total price was misleading. It said the membership fee was included in the total, but it wasn't, leading to a higher than expected price.

Third, Hawaii was not an option in the dropdown menu for my billing address. So I had to change my billing address to another state.

None of this ruined my life but it wasn't a good experience for a first time customer.
