At first, I had trouble navigating your website as I was trying to place my order. It was not clear you needed to create an account first and also not clear where you could “become a member”. I had also tried your “chat” feature about 10 days before and it was not working. It does seem like you have fixed the problems now as I was able to place the order and your chat feature is now working. Just another note, the $500 delivery fee is a high for delivery of one item.
