We recently purchased 6 dining chairs from RC. We actually ordered different chairs from other online furniture shop but we saw your site few days after and decided to cancel the order and buy from Rove Concept instead. Love the great design at reasonable price.

We have a mixed feeling of their membership system, however.
First, we calculated the member benefit discount and it was much cheaper to buy with membership than regular price, so purchased the membership first.

Then placed the order for the chairs. At the check out screen there was an option to become a member there which I didn’t know but was understandable. Then, also a surprise of a high shipping cost at the very last step. If I had known the membership can be applied at the checkout, and the actual shipping rates before going through all the check out process, it would be fair to compare our purchase options. (The chairs we purchased from the other vendor came with free shipping. RC chairs were a bit less expensive than the others but with shipping they weren’t much cheaper.)

Although I am very happy with my purchase and very much excited to receive the beautiful chairs soon, I thought the shipping rates could’ve been presented at early stage and also I wish I had known the membership can be purchased at the checkout at the same time with the furniture. Because we paid for the membership already, we had to stick with the RC purchase.
