To be honest, part of the reason I purchased from Rove was due to the customer service I experienced in the shopping process. I am 29 and this was my first big adult purchase and I was really nervous to spend so much money on a couch. Everyone was so helpful so that I felt confident in my purchase. I am really excited to get my couch now.
