Overall experience was really good dealing with Helen, (Concierge) she was very attentive to our requests. We needed a quicker lead time and she came through! We did have an incident where some of the items did not arrive at the local warehouse at the same time so we did have a weeks delay but that was not Roves fault. Freight company said they had lost them and a claim would be needed, it just needs someone to go look for them properly!! Again, not Roves fault. We did have a small snag on one of the upholstered chairs which is being resolved and has no affect on the quality or structural build etc. Lounge pieces and the wishbone stools are very comfy.
