First, the piece we purchased looks great in our space. Design and functionality on point. Having said that the final outcome took sometime to achieve. From purchase to delivery it took over 2 months. The original unit was damaged beyond repair. Rove stepped up and replaced free of charge. It took another 2 months until the second unit arrived. Fortunately, the second unit came in with no issues. I was instructed to box up the original unit and prepare for the carrier to pick up upon delivery of the second unit. This was refused by the carrier siting incorrect paperwork. This part of the saga is still on going. In summary furniture looks great, process leading up to installation wasn’t great.
