Ordering was easy and the price was great for the quality and speed of delivery.
Figuring out when the furniture would arrive was difficult. No target delivery could be provided in advance (I called and inquired about this). I received a message on a Sunday informing me that the furniture would be arriving two days later, on Tuesday. This gave me very little time to arrange for the removal of my old sofa and chair to make room for the new furniture.
The Nico sofa and chair look nice except that the galaxy gray color is overly shiny and it actually looks light purple. I don’t want to deal with returning it so we’re keeping it.
The white glove delivery was excellent - the men who delivered the furniture did a great job unpacking and moving the furniture in without damaging anything.
Unfortunately the sofa had scrapes on multiple sides from the packaging. As a result, Rove Concepts gave us an appropriate damage discount which we appreciate and will use toward another purchase.
