Rove Concept is a higher end store, but I found their website really hard to use and not very intuitive. Pages took a long time to load. I bought a couch but there were no suggestions as to what would work well with it (shape/colours). When you’re spending that kind of money and can’t see or feel it in person, that info would be helpful.

I also find their shipping policy a little shady. They don’t explain that if you don’t order white glove service, your delivery may be dumped at the threshold of your place. There were a number of complaints about this in the reviews.

I’ve also been sent multiple emails since I purchased my couch, each with a new piece of critical information. Why not send one email with all details?

I’m having buyers remorse since everything was a bit more expensive than it seemed upfront and so far, I just have promises of some ROI.

I hope it’s as nice as the photo or my family will be disappointed.
