Smooth shopping process with fast response times. We've bought 5+ major pieces from Rove Concepts, and all of the ones we have received so far have been beyond our expectations. It did take a little while to receive the swatches we requested, but thankfully, that delay didn't interfere with our being able to order the bed we wanted. Would definitely recommend!
