Ended up, a lot focused on the presentation of their products. Whether online pictures or in their brochures, the quality appeared to be there, displayed with an appearance of a reputable merchant. Spoke several times to staff members, and was equally impressed and confident that "their stuff" was first class and we would be pleased.

We ordered the 4 leather counter stools and they are great. No disappointment whatsoever. And just ordered a desk chair that we are certain will also exceed our expectations.
