Love the products - hate the Customer Service. I have ordered from Rove now 10 chairs, a bed frame and an outdoor sectional. 2 out of 3 have had issues that they can’t deal with - both to do with boring the holes in the metal. Their answer is to throw it out and get another one. I just can’t waste like that. I have had everything fixed privately but it would just be nice if they could get it right the first time. The products are all amazing!
