My customer experience was great. The rep I was dealing with was very knowledgable with the products and referred me to get some swatches sent over since I was unsure and unable to view the product in person without a physical store. I love the designs which are really in line with what I love in a home. I will definitely be recommending Rove Concepts to my friends.
