The discounts were not calculated correctly at first - tool several refreshing and 3 or 4 attempts of re-loading the website to finally get to the final stage of the order. Had issues with payment, reached out to customer support - have not received any response yet. No charges were made, no order status update yet, one item was on pre-order, but the other one -was not.
