The over all experience of purchasing with Rove is good. They send a schedule for when they expect goods to arrive and organizing pick up was seamless. My couch looks great and the quality is good.

I do think the membership/voucher program could be tweaked. You don't get the voucher until your goods arrive (which can take months if you've ordered a couch) and you can't use more than one voucher per order...so many limitations.

Communication with them is great as they're usually quick to reply with their chat.
