I was missing hardware for the Norman stools so asked for replacement or the specs so I could buy them separately. The responsiveness of Rove customer service was great and resolution to get me new hardware is complete. That being said, the timeline to get hardware (just nuts and bolts!) is 16-20 weeks. Most of all, I'm just left wondering why the hardware specs can't just be shared! I'd think you'd much rather have chairs in use than have exclusivity on such a minor element of the product.
