We paid a couple 100 dollars for delivery only to have ONE delivery guy show up at the door and he had to ask for our help to unload stuff from the truck??? What kind of a service is this? What's the point of having membership if you can't be bothered to have more than one delivery guy?? Other places will bring the whole thing in and even assemble it for you!
