This is regarding the purchase experience only.
When I got to the final page, I was not able to finalize the purchase. It kept churning. I looked up the phone number and they do not take phone calls. I had to "chat" to finish the purchase. It was a lengthy process! The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful....it just took too long. A call would have probably taken about half the time.
I noticed that it just shipped which is very prompt.
I am looking forward to a good product product.
