The website was okay, there were some clumsy moments which are hard to describe…ie printed matter running over a picture, not being able to upload my question on live chat. Tried calling the 800 # twice during working hours and it was not available, seems you do not want direct contact. Missed out on flash sale because of it, wasn’t going to make the purchase but did when the sale was offered again a few days later. So far delivery seems to be moving quickly.
